Facebook Free Prize Draw Rules – One Lottery

1. Eligibility to enter. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. The promoter’s employees and their immediate family and household members, and employees and their immediate families and household members of the promoter’s parent company (Jumbo Interactive Limited) and its associated subsidiaries, are prohibited from participating in this prize draw.
2. Starting date and closing date. This prize draw began on 5 March 2024 at 09:00 and will close on 7 March 2024 at 17:00. Entries after the closing date and time will not be entered into the draw.
3. How to enter. To enter this prize draw, you must ‘like’ and share our post that we published on 5 March 2024 on our One Lottery Facebook page. This will entitle you to one entry into our prize draw. Entries are limited to one per person.
4. Prize. The prize is a £100 Amazon voucher. There is no substitute prize or cash alternative. The prize may only be awarded to the winner and is non-transferable.
5. Selection of the winner. The winner of this prize draw will be selected using random number generator (RNG) software from all eligible entries in accordance with these rules. There will be one winner selected
6. Notifying the winner. The promoter will notify the winner by telephone, email and/or letter within two (2) weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).
7. Publicity and personal information.
   1. We will use your personal information to process your entry and to contact you about your entry in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
   2. We will announce the name of the winner on our One Lottery Facebook page.
8. General.
   1. The promoter. The promoter of this prize draw is Gatherwell Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08675983 whose mailing address is at Gatherwell Limited, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA.
   2. Limitation of the promoter’s liability. While nothing in these rules will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to this prize draw or which are caused by a third party.
   3. No association with social media platforms. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter/X, Youtube or Instagram. You hereby release the operator(s) of Facebook, Twitter/X, Youtube, Instagram, and any other social media platform on which this prize draw is promoted, from any and all liability that may arise in relation to this prize draw.
   4. Applicable law; forum for disputes. The laws of England and Wales apply to these rules. Any disputes relating to this prize draw or these rules will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a resident of Scotland, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of Scotland.
   5. Changes to these rules. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to make reasonable changes to these rules. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this webpage. If any significant changes are made which would affect your right to participate in this prize draw, we will give you notice of these changes by email.
   6. Cancellation due to circumstances outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this prize draw if circumstances outside of the promoter’s control prevent the promoter from operating this prize draw, including but not limited to the following events: acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war or disturbance, war or armed conflict, imposition of sanctions or breakoff of diplomatic relations, action taken by a government or public authority, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, cyber attack or interruption or failure of utility service.
   7. Acceptance of these rules. By participating in this prize draw, you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.
